Cold dishes
- Tuna salad with fresh tuna, haricots verts, red onion, olives, potatoes and egg
- Carpaccio of smoked ribeye with mushrooms and hazelnuts
- Pasta salad with forest mushrooms, truffle, yellow bell pepper and puffed tomato
- Winter salad with little gem, chestnuts, anise mushrooms and a dressing of stewed pears

- Hunting stew with various wild meat and a hunting sauce
