Lunch on the Amsterdam canals, an ultimate culinary experience! On board, you’ll enjoy a luxuriously served 3-course à la carte choice menu. Each season we offer various starters, main courses, and desserts. Our team is happy to tell you more about our options.

You’ll make your menu selection on board. During the cruise, there are two stops at the Prinsengracht at which the dishes you selected will be served. The 3-course dinner includes an amuse-bouche and bread with butter.

Dutch Yellowtail sashimi with grasshopper emulsion, puffed wild rice, and pickle confit
Guinea fowl with forest mushrooms, gnocchi, and gravy

Smoked ribeye with eggplant caviar, mint, beet, and goat cheese
